Meet the team

Ellen graduated from her Masters of Occupational Therapy at the University of Sydney in 2015. She has a deep desire to help people and brings compassion and empathy to every interaction. Ellen has worked across a number of sectors including residential and community aged care, insurance, veterans services and disability, although the last seven years have primarily been spent working in community based aged care and disability settings.

Ellen started her career with a keen passion for complex physical, neurodegenerative and palliative care caseloads with a special interest in complex home modifications; and whilst she maintains those passions, the past few years has seen her shift her clinical skills towards mental health therapy. She has undertaken professional development in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, trauma informed care and Neuroaffirming practice. She continues to describe herself as a generalist and applies her key clinical skills across a broad caseload.

Ainslie graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2018. Her journey into Occupational Therapy began watching her brother work with an OT, which sparked her interest in the field. Driven by a deep desire to help people and make a meaningful impact, Ainslie has built her career around providing compassionate, person-centered care.

Since graduating, Ainslie has worked primarily in residential aged care and community aged care and disability, delivering services under the Home Care Package (HCP) and NDIS programs. She has a special interest in neurological conditions and complex seating needs, and is committed to helping individuals achieve comfort, function, and independence in their daily lives. Ainslie brings a thoughtful, engaging, and evidence-based approach to every client interaction.

Jess graduated from the University of Newcastle in 2021. She become an OT to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives. Jess is driven by a genuine desire to create positive change and help people live more independent, meaningful lives. She is passionate about advocacy and takes pride in supporting individuals who face barriers to accessing the resources they need to thrive.

Her clinical focus includes working with NDIS participants and older adults in the community, where she values building long-term relationships and celebrating progress along the way. Jess has a special interest in pressure injury prevention, home modifications, and equipment prescription. Known for her empathy and ability to connect deeply with others, Jess brings warmth and understanding to every interaction. She takes the time to listen, to understand each person’s story, and to create solutions that truly fit their lives.

Grace graduated from the Australian Catholic University in 2024. Grace was drawn to Occupational Therapy after discovering how well the profession aligned with her love of working with people and its creative, strengths-based approach. Grace is passionate about supporting people to grow, find meaning, and thrive in their everyday lives. She values walking alongside individuals during important stages of life, helping them identify their strengths and work toward goals that truly matter to them.

Her clinical interests include mental health, adolescent health, aged care, neuroaffirming practice, and chronic pain. With previous experience in a public mental health service, Grace is now looking forward to supporting people with their long term goals for better health. Outside of work, Grace enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, walking her dog, catching up with family and friends, drinking good coffee, solving a crossword, and heading to the beach.
